SOPHROLOGY For kids - teenagers - Students

Kids of all ages can experience an overload of energy that can affect their sleep patterns, concentration levels and moods. Sophrology helps them to manage this extra energy, while at the same time learn how to relax. They enjoy the benefits of being able to switch off and be more in control of their moods. Sophrology exercises also help build confidence and self-esteem.

Sophrology along with other mindful meditation methods are increasingly being taught in schools throughout the world.  Results have shown that students who practice mindfulness are more attentive at school, more focused during study and are mentally better prepared for exams.
