They say animals know best how to relax... They live in the present and don’t worry about the past or the future… well imagine my delight to know they also enjoy Sophrology!

A few months ago a few things happened which lead me to now teach Sophrology sessions 80% of the time via telephone. Due to construction, noise levels were off-putting. I always think some noises are are useful when training the mind to go within, but the thin walls were beginning to wear thin on my clients. I am training people to get to that inner calm, and how to ignore distractions but the noisy drilling next door was taking not helping my clients who were not used to blocking out noise like that!…

So I decided to work for a while only via telephone so those clients coming to my office now got to relax and do sophrology in the comfort of their own home. With zero distractions they are more relaxed and feel they just took a mini vacation in their mind and body. YES! This is what I want to hear!!!

I have been doing telephone sessions for a while already for many clients all over the USA. I am sharing this as my clients have literally raved about how great the sessions are from home. They don’t have to get out on the road to drive to me, they save time traveling to see me and choose the time most convenient to them. One client tells me after every telephone session he feels like he has taken a mini vacation in his mind and body.

One client was worried about doing sophrology at home as her dogs are always barking. I ensured her that her pets would also be experiencing the session and get a deep sense of calm. She couldn’t believe it, but all six of her dogs were silent and peaceful!

I have observed cats following the exercise, from the calm state to the stretching and tensing state. It fascinates me every time I see this!
